Phase 01
Before the contract.
Discovery, consultation, and a detailed proposal — so you have everything you need before signing.

First Initial Call
We discuss details about your project and find out if we're a good match to do this project together.

On-Site Consultation
We view the potential project and discuss details, vision, scope, and desires.

Cost
We go back to the office and write up a detailed cost estimate and timeline.

Approval
Once you look over the proposal, if it's to your liking we approve and move to the next phase.
Phase 02
Post signing.
Permits, planning, scheduling, and craftsmanship — we handle every detail so you can focus on the vision.

Project Setup
As soon as you sign we go on a mission to help you acquire all necessary permits, plans, and designs. You'll have an opportunity to make all your material selections — typically no work begins until this process is complete.

Management
While we wait for materials and designs, there's usually a buffer of 2–8 weeks between signing and starting work. Your project manager is tirelessly working during this time to schedule our teams.

Construction
Once the hammer hits the nail, labor can take anywhere from a few days to several months depending on the scope of work for the specific project.
